A bit about our management & support team:
Ram Iyer
Ram omes from a web development, ecommerce, data warehousing and management background with experience of over 15 years. He has developed ecommerce and various software applications for top IT consultancies in NZ and overseas. He is a Microsoft certified engineer plus an MBA and has worked with HP, Cap Gemini, DHL and several other firms. Ram is a director with Ez Cart and heads the development team. Ram also takes personal care with our customers and is often found in constant interaction with them.

Uma
Heads account management and customer service. She has been responsible for installing and managing customer support systems & quality processes. She has been involved with media productions for over 15 years and has taken to her role of account management and client servicing with aplomb. Uma also is a Director with Ez Cart.

Will Kruz
